Got them a key cut to my stair door, posted it to them so that they can leave my box outside my flat door every 2 weeks. Delivered by electric vans, their eggs and veg are the best I've ever tasted. The food is seasonal, local, and organic and I have to say in the two weeks I've been eating their food I feel AMAZING. Carrots taste like carrots again, beetroot tastes like beetroot. Onions are great, everything smells fantastic, the herbs are fresh and strong, and the fruit delicious. I have been putting all my friends onto these guys as this is the future of food if you take seriously your body's health and by proxy your mental health too then local, seasonal, unprocessed whole food is the way to feeling bloody amazing and I honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Absolutely love the fresh gorgeous fruits, veg, bread and eggs we have delivered from them. Best organic eggs we have ever tasted next to when I kept chickens as a little girl. We love their service as well. They are always helpful and friendly. We love the surprise in the box each week as well as learning what veg to expect at what times of the year. They put the needs of the customers first to ensure the highest quality and integrity of their service. Would highly recommend.

Very good products but APPALLING management and delivery service. I had stopped using the service 2 years ago as they kept leaving my box outside on the floor, in the walkway, when I work from home and I told them a million times to knock my door or ring my door bell. I then re-joined and I was promised this would not happen again, and I was shown the delivery notes for the driver, which read: "ALWAYS: RING BELL/KNOCK, do NOT leave outside! try services buzzer/neighbors; works from home [my contact numbers appeared here]". I still have the email, the quote above is correct word by word. The problem started occurring again, and this what Mike Callender - their managing director - wrote to me: "As you have been previously advised, delivery drivers do not wait to find out if customers are at home or not. They should only leave the full box and collect the empty, which should be left out for them, similar to how a milk round works. Drivers may ring door bells, but only as a notification that the delivery has arrived." This AFTER he was shown the promise that was made to me in writing. You are an hypocrite and a PATHETIC liar Mr Callender, completely self-deluded and dishonest. Finally, Mr Callender's ignorance defies belief: he just cannot understand that food for human consumption should not left out on the pavement. Pitiful.
